

You’ll lie down fully clothed in a calm, quiet space.
There’ll be soft music, low lighting, and nothing you need to “do”.
I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above your body, working with your energy to help it settle and rebalance.
Most people find it deeply relaxing... some feel warmth or heaviness, and many drift off completely!

You don’t need to understand it or believe in anything specific. You just need to be open to it!
Most people simply notice how different they feel afterwards, which is mostly calmer, lighter, and more relaxed.

deeply relaxed or sleepy
warmth or gentle tingling
a sense of heaviness or lightness
Or you might just feel calm and still...which is exactly what your body needs.

like their mind has finally had a chance to switch off.
Most people also notice better sleep or a continued sense of calm over the next few days.
That really depends on you.
Some people come for a one-off reset when they’re feeling overwhelmed.
Others choose regular sessions to support ongoing stress, anxiety, or balance (I offer an amazing price for regular sessions)

You’ll remain fully clothed for the session, so think cosy, loose-fitting outfits where you can easily switch off and feel at ease.
Sessions are held from my home in a calm, private setting, where there is plenty of on-street parking available.
I’ve created this as a calm, safe space for women to fully relax and switch off, so. in-person sessions are currently offered to women only
I also offer distance Reiki if you're not local, or if you’d prefer to receive a session from the comfort of your own home. Both are the same price and the same amazing benefits.

It works with your body, not against it, and is designed to support relaxation and balance.
Reiki is a complementary therapy, meaning it works alongside conventional medical care (not as a replacement for it).
Distance Reiki works in exactly the same way as an in-person session... I connect with your energy and work with it to help it settle and rebalance.
You don’t need to be in the same room for this, so you can relax and receive the session from the comfort of your own home.
Many people actually find this even more relaxing, as they’re in their own space and more likely to fully switch off, drift off, and experience a deeper level of relaxation.
